Returns / Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
The cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:

Freight, outside of the UK, USA, or New Zealand is classed as international, we do accept returns from international purchases however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
In the event an error with the order was made by RimPro-Tec Wheelbands, a return shipping label will be provided by us for you to return the product at no cost to you.
RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Receive return authorization (RA) form with the exact return address and a shipping label (may take 24-72 hours)
SHIP IT BACK
Print and attach label you will be provided as well as the RA form to the outside of the box
Before a return is shipped back.
RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
